Good parking. Great shower pressure. Comfortable bed. This is a budget property and reflects the price. If you want four star quality, go elsewhere. My main criteria when wanting a bed for the night are clean, good shower, good parking and good bed. This property ticked all of those boxes. Sure, there was a hole worn in the carpet, a bed side lamp not working, missing towel hook in the bathroom, no hand towel, etc. None of this stopped me being a good night's sleep.

Room was small but great value for money. Immaculately clean. Access to building and room was easy. Contact from staff for access and offering services was excellent. I heard other people in the corridor but once in rooms, it was very quiet and I felt like I was the only person there. Good cafes nearby. Buses nearby for travel to the city centre.

For its price the facility offers good value. Bed is comfortable. Linen supply was adequate. Its location close to the city is excellent.

The check in was via SMS and found it to be easy and convenient to do. No need for constantly carrying or returning physical keys. The room was nice and clean with fresh towels and sheets. Had an awesome sleep. For the price, it's fairly roomy and probably would want to return again because I like what they got there. ❤️

Dan and Andrew were really friendly and helpful. The location was very central to our needs. The room was quiet even with the door to the balcony open. We had it open during the whole of the night while we were asleep. The air con was also quiet and effective when we needed it. The TV was great and we watched a movie on Netflix.

Budget accommodation. Easy access to property. Very clean. On-site parking. Comfortable room. Great shower. Plenty hot water. Variety of tv options.

The location was great because it was near Beaumont street in Hamilton with excellent food choices and shops. I loved that it didn't have keys so we didn't have to worry about locking ourselves out or losing the key.

I thought I wouldn't like the no reception thing, but I didn't mind it and was easy to use Bed was really comfy The workers that came through were nice, the painter and the guy who was vaccuming But bed was really comfy

Room extremely clean, huge area with huge ensuite. Large window view of garden n suburb. Bedding immaculate. Parking underneath. Close to Newcastle CBD and park. Security code entry and security code to room. Our room ended up with a power fault due to heavy rain and the Tudor Inn relocated our accommodation to Newcastle Beach Hotel which was equally 100% for same price. Thank you all.
